Wild Palm 21°N plans Hawaii and only Hawaii. Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island, planned by an advisor who has traveled all four and walked the properties herself. Depth in one destination is what makes the difference between a trip that looks right online and one that works once you're standing in it.
Our goal is that you feel Hawaii rather than simply visit it. A morning paddle before the wind comes up, a snorkeling cove the guidebooks don't send you to, a family lei-making lesson, dinner where the hula happens between the trees and the ocean. Those are the moments that stay with you. The logistics underneath them are ours to handle.
Our service levels are sorted by trip complexity, so you're only paying for the planning your trip actually requires. One island and one resort suits most families. Two islands makes sense when the trip is long enough to earn the travel day. Multi-generational and group travel is its own level, because coordinating three generations across two islands is a different job entirely.
Whichever level you choose, you'll receive a complimentary discovery call, hand-selected properties, Virtuoso and Travel Leaders Network benefits where they apply, in-travel assistance, and honest guidance on what to skip.

Wild Palm 21°N grew from planning travel through Salty Luxe Travel since 2022, and an even longer personal love affair with the Hawaiian Islands.
As Hawaii became the destination I knew most deeply, traveled most often, and found myself planning again and again for my clients, one thing became clear: it deserved more than a spot on a destination list. It deserved its own brand.
In 2026, I created Wild Palm 21°N, a travel planning company devoted to thoughtful, experience-led Hawaii vacations for families and multi-generational groups.
Our philosophy is that travel is about feeling the culture of a place, not simply seeing it. We focus on experiential travel that puts you inside your destination rather than alongside it.

FAQ
Ten questions, answered plainly
It depends on the service you choose. The Audit is $79, Elevated is $295, custom itinerary planning starts at $75 per day, and group travel design starts at $750. Whatever the number, you see it in writing and approve it before any work begins, and it does not change once we start.
The planning fee covers my time, so it is non-refundable once I begin work on your trip. If you change your mind before I start, tell me and I will refund it in full.
For flights, yes, and I'll build the trip around them – but I don't book award tickets on your behalf. For hotels, points stays are generally incompatible with the preferred-partner benefits I bring, and I'll tell you when that trade is worth making.
Nine to twelve months for summer, spring break, and the holidays. Six months for spring and fall. Room categories and connecting configurations go long before the resort itself sells out.
You text me. I'm reachable during your trip, and rebooking a family of five at 6 a.m. is exactly the moment the planning fee earns itself.
I advise on it and I'll tell you which routing to take and which to avoid. Whether I ticket it depends on the fare type – I'll say which applies to your trip on our call.
There is no hard minimum. My planning works best for families and groups investing in a resort stay of several nights, and if your budget is not a fit for what you have in mind, I will say so on our first call rather than let you find out later.
