Planning fees

Planning fees are quoted in writing and approved by you before any work begins. Because the fee covers my professional time, it is non-refundable once planning starts. It is separate from the cost of your travel, which is paid to the hotels, airlines, and suppliers who hold your reservations.

Supplier terms

Every hotel, airline, tour operator, and transportation provider sets its own terms, deposit schedules, and cancellation rules. Those terms govern your reservation, and I share the relevant ones with you before you confirm anything. Wild Palm 21N acts as your advisor and booking agent, not as the provider of the travel itself.

Changes and cancellations

Change and cancellation requests are handled as quickly as possible and are subject to each supplier's policy and any fees they charge. Planning fees are not refunded when a trip is cancelled.

Travel insurance

I recommend travel insurance on every trip, especially for families and group travel. Declining coverage means accepting the financial risk of cancellation, delay, medical events, and lost baggage.

Liability

Wild Palm 21N is not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of independent suppliers, or for events outside anyone's control such as weather, flight disruption, illness, or closures. My responsibility is the planning, advocacy, and support I provide.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, where Wild Palm 21N operates.
